Shipping Policy

How we get your tires and wheels to you — carriers, processing times, rates, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

1. Where we ship

Direct Tire Supply ships to all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. Orders ship from our shop at 3204 Camp Jackson Rd, Cahokia Heights, IL 62206.

2. Order processing time

In-stock orders are typically picked, inspected, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Because many of our tires and wheels are one-of-a-kind used items, each unit is individually verified against your order before it ships.

3. Shipping rates

Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. For orders under $200, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any applicable rate for your address is always displayed in your order summary prior to purchase.

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated separately at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Carriers & delivery estimates

We ship primarily via FedEx, with UPS as a backup carrier, selecting the best option for the destination and package. Typical ground delivery within the continental U.S. is 2–6 business days after the order ships, depending on your distance from Illinois.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays caused by weather, peak season, or other events outside our control may affect transit times.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order so you can follow it to your door. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

6. Local pickup

Local pickup is available free of charge at our shop, 3204 Camp Jackson Rd, Cahokia Heights, IL 62206. If you select pickup, we'll have your order ready and notify you when it's available. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

7. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or lost shipments

We package every order carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can file a carrier claim and make it right. If a tracked package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve it and reship or refund your order.
